Posted 07-05-19   Locking Thru Mississippi River at Rock Island   Barges are lined up, lock gates are open, automobile traffic is stopped,  swing bridge is moving open.   Swing bridge is open   .......... Tow is moving into lock chamber   Swing bridge is closing ........... Tow is almost in lock chamber   Lock gates closing     ......     And closed          Tow out of lock chamber  ......
